Common Running Injuries

If you’ve been running for a while you may have had some pain at one place or another. Often it just goes away and isn’t really anything serious. As the saying goes it’s better to be safe than sorry. When you’re at least aware that you’re suffering from one type of injury or another the faster you can do something about it and the quicker you get better.
